Any personal details you knowingly provide to us through post, forms and emails, such as name, postal address, mail address, telephone number, etc. If you join us you automatically give permission to store your personal details.
We handle your request for membership/subscription to our journal.
We send you the invitations to the meetings and information about special events.
If you cancel your membership/subscription or allow it to lapse, we will delete your personal details from our records as soon as possible but not later than the end of the calendar year of your cancelation.
We will not pass your personal information on to any third party for any purpose whatsoever.
We will keep your data in a protected surrounding.
You have the right to fill in a complain at the AP.
You have the right to request a copy of any information that we currently hold about you. In order to receive such information, please contact you honorary secretary (address details on letter-paper or on our website).
