In this policy, whenever you see the words ‘we’ or ‘us’ they refer to the Haarlem Branch.

Any personal details you knowingly provide to us through post, forms and emails, such as name, postal address, mail address, telephone number, etc.
If you join us you automatically give permission to store your personal details.

What we do with your information

We handle your request for membership/subscription to our journal.
We send you the invitations to the meetings and information about special events.

If you cancel your membership/subscription or allow it to lapse, we will delete your personal details from our records as soon as possible but not later than the end of the calendar year of your cancelation.

We will not pass your personal information on to any third party for any purpose whatsoever.

We will keep your data in a protected surrounding
